These two appointments in conjunction with the completion of a number of internal projects aimed at streamlining the Broker Distribution network, mark a new era for the company. “My goal for FMI in the short to medium term is to implement the work that has been conducted internally and to institute a more customer focused environment, where strategic partnerships are maximized and both our Brokers and policyholders are provided with cutting edge income protection products, offered as part of a more holistic package. We understand that our unique claims philosophy supported by our underwriting process and client care and broker distribution service units are critical components in each transaction.
