Broker Survey - 01.08.2006
In July this year FMI conducted a Broker survey, as part of our ongoing commitment to providing innovative products and service. Thank you to all 106 Brokers who took the time to complete the survey. All completed surveys were entered into a prize draw, for the opportunity to win a case of champagne. Congratulations to Jo Kearney from JK Financial Services who was drawn as our lucky winner of the case of bubbly! Research such as this is critical in order for FMI to ensure that our customers are kept at the heart of our business. All feedback has been collated and distributed to the relevant departments for action. FMI will continue to invest in customer research and encourages customers to help us stay focused on your needs by contacting us with your feedback and suggestions.
