It’s that time of year again when we can look back and reflect on what we have achieved throughout the past 12 months.

 

2008 saw FMI introduce a new Managing Director, Brad Toerien, whose aim is to ensure that we maintain our position as one of the leaders in income protection benefits through a transparent product design and innovative service offering. Throughout the next three years, FMI will see a huge focus on continuing the evolution from an administratively focussed company to one with improved risk management capabilities.

 

Additionally this year we saw FMI’s two individual protection products – Business Person Elect and Professional Elect reach new successful heights in the marketplace plus both products have been given an “A” rating on Pro-Planner’s Risk Researcher. Furthermore we have seen our underwriting times halve due to an increased focus on our new business processes, which we will continue to redefine going into 2009.
